Application

Application Rules:
-Certain characters canonically have great influence over dimensional travel (such as Yuuko from xxxHolic or one of the Data Integration Thought Entity humanoid interfaces from Haruhi Suzumiya, i.e. Yuki and Ryoko) will have a greater influence in the setting than normal, or are just extremely high-powered and can potentially affect the game in major ways. Playing one often requires some special plot integration, and require a player to have established themselves by playing another character before they will be accepted.

-AU settings are generally allowed on a case-to-case basis, but no more than one of the same character can be a permanent member of Planeocracy. If the AU is significantly different and established (such as the Genderbend of Haruhi Suzumiya) then it is generally allowed, as the characters are different enough from the main source to be distinct. Apping an AU character uses the standard application procedure, but if the AU doesn't meet our requirements, we may deny them on that basis. Here are the qualifications for if your AU is acceptable:

1. Significantly different from the source material. Minor tweaks to history and/or personality don't make an AU different enough to really be worth accepting for us. For an AU to be accepted it needs to have something major different to differentiate it from the canon.
2. Internally consistent. In most cases you'll be coming up with the AU yourself, so you need to make sure it all makes sense within the setting. So, if something changes, the whole setting obviously has to change as a result, and we need to know how.
3. This isn't absolutely necessary, but if at all possible the character will look at least somewhat different from their canon counterpart. This is primarily to help differentiate if we have both.

If you are thinking of apping an AU of a character, please get a hold of all potential castmates as well as any person playing the same character (if this is applicable). This is required for your application to be accepted.

-Original characters are permitted, they use the same application form but require far more detail as far as background and setting. If they are a part of an existing canon, they cannot have any ties to actual canonical characters or visible connection to events (attributing events in-canon to the character that are otherwise unattributed may be permissible but is generally discouraged). As with canon characters, you are limited to two OCs, even if the OCs are from different universes. Planeocracy canon originals can use any of the settings posted in the setting information post that specifically say they are open, and must conform to the general concepts of the world. It is HIGHLY advised to speak to the mod team before making the character, these characters can be rejected automatically if they do not follow the general concepts of the established world.

Portal Location: Deep in the bowels of Gamzee's horn pile in The Veil

Personality: At first glance, Gamzee would appear to be nothing more than a simple-minded, zoned out little troll with his head in the clouds. However, if one were to look deeper into his soul, his very being, one would find… Exactly what they started out with, as the sopor slime he constantly consumes causes his laid back, stupefied nature. Spending his days chugging faygo and worshipping deities of a clownish nature, most people would regard Gamzee as an utter buffoon. He doesn’t mind it though, people are entitled to their opinions and there’s nothing he could do to change them. If some people think one way, who is he to tell them otherwise? Gamzee is one who is truly “chill” with the world.

Gamzee is, at heart, an optimist by every sense of the word. Nothing less (or more) than content with what life hands to him, even in times of hardship, he earnestly believes that a miracle will happen if one simply believes. Although, this is only because he regards life itself as one big miracle, and is mystified at simple acts of science and nature, stating that “miracles are everywhere”. The biggest miracle he’s encountered though, is friendship. Referred to by most trolls as a disease, Gamzee embraces the idea of friendship and holds every one of his friends very close to his heart. Always willing to lend a hand to one in need, even if all that hand does is flip a frown upside down. So long as he can make someone smile, that’d be the greatest miracle he ever took part in.

Gamzee does have a hidden side to him however, the laid back, friendly, amiable troll is nothing more than a by-product of constant sedation via sopor slime, said to quell a troll’s darker thoughts. If he were to run out of slime, his true nature would be revealed; the nature of a bloodthirsty, remorseless killer. It is said that the trolls in possession of blood higher on the caste system are genetically predisposed to be capricious and ruthless. Being in possession of one of the highest bloods, sober Gamzee certainly lives up to expectations. Not even above killing his own “best friends”, the true Gamzee is a polar opposite of the façade he constantly wears.

Abilities and Powers: Possesses greater-than-normal strength when enraged or sober, no special abilities or powers however

Reason for Joining: Gamzee could think of a worse thing to be doing in his spare time, and if he could keep some of the universes all chill with each other, that’d be pretty cool too, like a universal miracle.

The not-so-canon: Razputin actually discovered a different branch of Confuto Ordinatio about a year prior, Division 0084. Eager to prove himself as a representative of the Psychonauts in helping the multiverse, Raz signed on, but found himself growing increasingly disatisfied with the amount of bureaucratic interference. He was also frustrated with the councilors of 0084 and their unwillingness to step in during times of crisis in other dimensions -- and potentially upsetting the relationship between 0084 and the more powerful divisions of 0001 and 0002. So when stories of the heroics of the renegade Division 0134 started filtering in, Raz began to read up on them, following all the news stories, gaining as much information as possible. He knew, then, that he was in the wrong division, that he could make a REAL difference in Division 0134. Four months, several grueling missions solely to retrieve the paperwork, and a couple of second-degree burns later, he finally has everything together for his transfer. Look out, 0134, Raz is coming to crash your doorstep!

Ability Changes: All powers manifest as psychic abilities. These fall under the standard rubric of such, which means things like telepathy, various kinesis skills, and so on, although "shot" style psychic blasts are a possibility as well.
Ability Limitations: Godlike powers such as reality-reworking, object generation, and the like do not seem to exist; presumably, they not only break the laws of physics, but would require far too much brain power in order to manifest and potentially cause a few head asplosions.
Form Restrictions: Humans -- but humans of pretty much any size, shape, and color. The only exception is in the Collective Unconsciousness, and in the various mindscapes of people, since such places are bound more by symbolism than reality.
Social Restrictions: Psychics, while they are capable of great things, still seem to warrant some distrust in the greater non-psychic community.
Notes: Warning: The milkman has what the world wants, what the world deserves. Warning: Napoleon complexes can be literal. Warning: The burgers won't be ready for a week, maybe longer. Warning: Head asplosions.
Additional Information: Information about the world outside of Whispering Rock Summer Camp is, as to be expected, rather limited. It's best to presume it suffers from about the same level of quirky as the Camp itself, though.

Personality: Raz is an ideal student, always willing to learn, to read, and to interact with his world. Though a lot of his information is garnered from comic books, he also reads on anything he feels will help further his work. While he does show impatience at times, he picks up on concepts quickly and can act on them.

This inquisitiveness also results in a great mind for investigation. Raz isn't content to just let things sit; rather, he'll ask questions, dig into things, and occasionally uncover darker secrets other people would not care enough to attempt to bring to the surface. There's a reason why Raz out of the entirety of Whispering Rock was able to stand against Coach Oleander and Doctor Loboto.

He is very much a heroic type. He faces danger head-on, never backing down from a challenge, although not afraid to retreat temporarily if the situation looks overwhelming in order to regroup and restrategize. In fact, the only fear he really has is utterly justified: Raz can, quite simply, not get anywhere close to deep bodies of water. His family was cursed by a rival pack of gypsy psychics, and as a result he is constantly menaced by an entity known as the Hand of Galochio, which will drag him under and drown him if he gets close to it. Whether this is an actual existing entity or simply a very, very strong psychological effect is never elaborated on, but regardless Raz isn't going swimming anytime soon.

It is worth noting that Raz may be brave, agile, and smart, but he's also very much a ten-year-old boy, prone to moments of "ooh shiny" and with a healthy appreciation for things ten-year-old boys find really awesome, like comic books, shooting stuff, setting things on fire, and so on. He also loves his heroes, which is why he idolizes 0134 so much. Still, once a job is set before him, nothing will stop him from finishing it to the best of his abilities.

Abilities and Powers: Raz has... Raz has a lot of powers. He has access to channel aggression into firepower, levitation, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, invisibility, shields, clairvoyance, and confusion. He can also manifest a large psychic hand to strike things and double jump with a bubble of mental energy, something which in conjunction with his well-honed acrobatic skills makes him a real dodge monkey. Needless to say, he's a bit of a twink -- as would be expected from the lead hero of a video game.

He has a bit of uncontrollable telepathy at times. However, either as a reward or a method of deterring this, at some point during his career at 0084 he was gifted with a material that, once integrated into his hat, allowed him to block incoming and outgoing thoughts. This is therefore only an issue when he takes the hat OFF. Which is rarely.

Reason for Joining: He joined originally to help protect dimensions. He transferred to 0134 so he could ACTUALLY help protect dimensions.

Position Desired: Agent. Raz prefers being able to work in the field anyway, without having to deal with all the organizational elements involved.

Point in Canon: Post-canon.

Notes: I would like, as a side note, for Raz to be shuffled in as an "assistant" to the resident psychiatrist at 0134 because his ability to go in and simply beat the hell out of somebody's psychological issues saves a TON of money.

Setting Information: The world is already present.

Portal Location: His room

Personality: Tir is a quiet person by nature, only speaking whenever he feels that it would benefit others or when he is spoken to. While he isn’t exactly unfriendly, the wars in his world had a significant effect on his mentality that he’s not as likely to get close to people as he did before. That is not to say that he will be rude to them should they speak to him, or that he won’t start a conversation from time to time, he just prefers his solitude over interaction. He can also be quite a laidback character, the type to be easily amused by strange things, though this comes along with the fact that he’s generally very accepting of strange situations, something that’s unavoidable when you have to adapt to a strange environment each and every time.

He is also very kind and helpful, and would go out of his way to rescue people should they need his help. This is shown a lot during the first war, where he had always done his best to help people, whether it’s something as grave as trying to save dragons or something as simple as getting a lost cat. He also aided Riou in the Dunan Unification War after the incident in Banner Village as long as Riou called for his help. He is also rather charismatic, and if the time calls for it, he can step up to lead people in times of war. This was pointed out indirectly by Odessa Silverberg when she said that something about the way Tir brings himself makes people want to believe in him, which is also why she left the Liberation Army’s care into his hand despite being so young.

He is also a level-headed character, mostly due to having to work with a strategist during war, and he understands the importance of planning ahead instead of running into trouble recklessly. He knows the difference of recklessness and bravery very well, and would not do things that would jeopardize others just because he wants something done. While he is very aware that in war, death is unavoidable, he tries his best to leave the warzone with as little casualties as possible, something of a trait he shared with his strategist. The importance of life is not lost to him, and in fact he embraces it, as he had lost three important figures in his life (Odessa, Teo and Ted), and only barely got Gremio back nearing the end of the war. This is also one reason why if he could, he’d use the Soul Eater Rune sparingly. Even if he knows getting close to people now won’t cause them to die due to the power of the rune, war has had enough impact on him that he doesn’t want to make too many close relationships unless he’s certain it won’t be wasted.

As a friend though, if they get close enough for him to consider them as such, Tir would sometimes tease them, few a moment as it may be. He may be secretive at times, but once he is close enough to someone, he isn’t afraid to tell them things about himself if they ask. He also values friendship very much, and will go out of his way to protect his friends if the time calls for it. This is due in part of the fact that he doesn’t want to lose anyone else that he loves, not after seeing some of the most important people in his life die in front of him. He doesn’t mope about the past often, and if he does, it’s only sparingly, choosing to live his life as much as he could instead of staying in just one place. This may be the reason he chose to be a wanderer, since he wants to see more of the world instead of letting himself be tied to the past forever.

Tir McDohl || Suikoden II

Abilities and Powers: As a melee fighter, Tir uses a staff (Heaven Fang Staff) for battle. He’s pretty flexible and strong, and can be quite formidable when the time calls for it. Also, if he is with his master Kai, he will be able to perform a combination attack against a group of enemies. In Suikoden II, he is considered one of the strongest characters you can recruit in the game.

As a runebearer, his primary rune is the Soul Eater Rune, which is permanently attached to his hand. The Soul Eater rune, as it name implies, is a rune that devours the souls of his loved ones, though by this point in time he had already mastered it that it won’t likely devour anyone he cares about again. However, it still is a powerful rune. He, however, wouldn’t use it unless completely necessary, as he doesn’t exactly condone killing, and would prefer to disarm his enemy over taking their life. Also, despite its strength, each attack of the Soul Eater Rune is limited and will likely need him to rest in order to be able to use them again.

Deadly Fingertips – Instant death of one foe (Only applies to weaker enemies/non-boss)
Black Shadow – Deals a great amount of damage to all foes (500 mgd)
Hell – Instant death to all foes (Unlikely to be used at all if possible, all applies only to weaker enemies/non-boss)
Judgment – Deals three times the damage to one foe (1500 mgd)

Reason for Joining: It’s mostly curiosity, and to spend more time away from the familiar. Tir has a bit of a wanderlast ever since the war ended, and though he does like exploring his own world, he would also find it interesting what else is out there in different worlds. Also, the less he stays in his world, the better, so that people he knows doesn’t seek him out so often.

Position Desired: Enforcer. Tir led an army of more than 10,000 against an Empire and won. He is also considered very charismatic and a good leader, and has even led a unit of his own several times in the war against the Scarlet Moon Empire. He was also chosen to be the next ruler of the Toran Republic when it was established in light of the fall of the Scarlet Moon Empire, though he had declined the position to be a wanderer at that time.

Point in Canon: Post-game

Notes: A lot of things about Tir involve death, or instant death, like his attacks. While he won’t likely use them (as he’d prefer to fight using his staff instead) given his personality, if the mods want to implement a limit to them, I wouldn’t mind.

Ability Changes: Basically, there’s only three kinds of supernatural beings: angels, demons and ghosts. The first two have extremely good reflexes, powerful abilities and the ability to… err, to make powerful weapons from different articles of clothing. Mostly lingerie. However, while angels generally (keyword, right there) try to help humanity, demons try to destroy it. Ghosts are made from the lingering negative emotions of people, and take the form of massive monsters.
Ability Limitations: Superpowered weapons still exist, but they take the form of articles of clothing when inactive.
Form Restrictions: Humans, angels, demons, ghosts, zombies.
Social Restrictions: Daten’s City pretty much the same as a much wackier combination of America and Japan (both separated into different areas). Not many restrictions going on at all.
Notes: Warning: 100% fanservice. Warning: Rrrrrrules. Warning: Don’t judge me.

Portal Location: Center of Daten City.

Personality: Kneesocks always strives to keep up an air of elegance around her. She’s very much the stoic type when it comes to interaction with anyone who isn’t her enemy, and it’s pretty hard to get her angry. In fact, she’s often the one to implore her sister to calm down when things start taking a turn for the worse, and flat-out states that getting excited is unhealthy. This is not to say that she never loses her composure, but she’s certainly more calm than most characters. However, what she lacks in temperament, she makes up for in the dere department. Only her sister gets to see this side, obviously, and she shows it by occasionally blushing at her comments. Don’t ask how a red-skinned demon is able to blush. They make it work.

Still, being elegant and refined doesn’t mean you can’t be verbally abusive. When interacting with the protagonists, pretty much every word that comes out of Kneesocks mouth is filled with poisonous derision, and she seems to favor attacks against their image, always trying to put herself on top. She considers herself to be superior in every way that matters, and it’s not a completely unfounded belief. She excels at etiquette, grades, athletics and a variety of other feels, only tying with the angels when it comes to physical challenges.

Kneesocks is completely obsessed with rules, but only in the way you’d expect a demon to be. She’s completely fine with creating her own, and apparently considers using a rigged ball during a volleyball match fair play. This doesn’t mean that she only uses them for her own benefit, as she follows every command given by the Mayor of Daten City, and leads a very disciplined lifestyle.

Kneesocks 2/3

Speaking about him, Kneesocks’ personality drops absolutely all air of authority when near the Mayor. Whenever she interacts with him, she’ll follow every single order to the letter, and will accept punishment for her failures (though not without complaining). However, she loosens up the moment he’s out of her sight, even to the point of immediately summoning blue cheese and wine.

While Kneesocks doesn’t shy away from actually resorting to force, it’s kind of a big plot point that she and her sister tend to come up with horrible plans. For every battle they take part in, they go through three instances of shrinking the protagonists, trying to beat them at roulette or forcing them onto a game show. It should also be noted, however, that she seems to be limited by her own perception of how things should be. The simple thought of an angel attacking a human is inconceivable to her, and she seems to find it perfectly natural to carry on the enmity between heaven and hell.

While mostly grounded in reality, Kneesocks is not above painting the fourth wall, and physically interacts with a splash screen, as well as lives in a world in which episodes get mentioned by name from time to time.

Abilities and Powers: She’s able to summon Double Gold Spandex. That is to say, her twin scythes that she can form from her stockings. If one bases all weapons on Panty’s abilities, this would mean she can transform all socks into weapons, but for the sake of simplicity, I’ll never actually have her do this. Kneesocks is extremely handy with her weapons, and is able to basically attack faster than the eye can keep up with, as well as cut pretty much anything. Though it’s never directly stated, either the power of bad luck is in effect, or she was manipulating the game when she was a roulette dealer. Since the angels are outright confirmed to have the power of good luck, I’m going with the first, which would give her the ability to influence the luck of nearby individuals for the worse.

Disguises tend to go both ways. If Kneesocks thinks she can get away with it, she’ll simply take the Team Rocket route, put on a moustache and take off her glasses. However, in more public occasions, she has competently disguised herself as an entirely different person. Tom Cruise Croose, namely. Shut up.

Through different methods, Scanty and Kneesocks are capable of summoning ghosts. Either they do so by making artificial ones that, while numerous, take a lot of elaboration to make, or simply throw some black fluid around, which seems to contain them in some shape or form.

Personality: As the elder member of the two Daemon Sisters, Scanty makes it a priority to maintain an air of both nobility and dignity. Often using sophisticated language and making an attempt to avoid cursing, the lady-like image that she cast easily allowed her to take control of Daten City High while both Panty and Stocking were away. Priding herself in establishing order and following the rules, it seems that if it wasn't for her red skin and horns making her demonic qualities far too transparent, Scanty probably would be mistakened for an angel.

Of course, her demonic qualities aren't only found in her appearances. In the world of Panty and Stocking, demons are the ones who attempt to establish order and rules only because they serve to dominate and restrict humankind. As Scanty said so herself, those who have power are the ones who create rules and it's actually her abnormal adherence for the rules that make her far more of a demon. Scanty takes pride in her demonic nature and sees the fight between Heaven and Hell as natural since the start of Creation. She would indiscriminately work to ruin anybody that stands in the ultimate goal of having Hell gain control of both Earth and Heaven.

While normally orderly and lady-like, Scanty can easily be frustrated when situations work against her. Prone to yelling and even cursing, the image that Scanty tries establishing for herself in public completely deteriorates. It's often when she becomes like this that the plans she worked to create fall apart. In her berserk state, she once accidentally pressed the self-destruct button in her limo. Even when events are unfolding exactly as Scanty intended it to, she's prone to become excited from time to time which also puts a damper on her plans. In her ecstatic state, she accidentally spilled the zombie serum used to turn all of Daten City into zombie ghosts on herself. Scanty, although calculating and arguably the more devious sister, is also prone to extreme acts of incompetence this way. If she had better control of her emotions, perhaps more of her plans wouldn't end with her embarrassingly driving off in her SUV limo.

Scanty, despite her excitability, is still a threat a fair amount of the time. Between her and Kneesocks, Scanty is the one who always concocts schemes to conquer Daten City and assassinate Panty and Stocking. The zombie invasion, the lawyer show, and the school infiltration plans were all nearly successful and concocted by her. "Nearly successful", however, does not put her in the good graces of her "father", the Mayor, and her bumbling often sends her a one-way trip into the septic tank. Reporting about her failures often exhausts more than dealing with any angel. Her relationship to the Mayor is purely professional, keeping the image of an employee and a boss more than anything familial. While prideful of her demonic roots, most she does is follow the Mayor's orders despite deviating from his interests in favor of her own methods.

Her relationship with her sister, Kneesocks, however, is far more intimate. The two Daemon Sisters are hardly ever seen without one another. Scanty values her younger sister and never raises her tone with her, often taking her advice to calm down while addressing her with a "Miss" before her name. As shown in the penultimate episode, Scanty and Kneesocks' relationship is intimate to the point of incestuous, but this is probably just their odd way of being playful. Overly playful. Regardless, the two are close with one another and there probably wouldn't be an occasion where they wouldn't work together.

Really, despite her status as a demon, it's been hinted by Gainax (or perhaps I've fallen for yet another one of their trolling) that both Scanty and Kneesocks are at least capable of fighting on the side of good. In the last episodes, they've been repeatedly abused and used as tools by Corset and have been all but abandoned in favor of a certain other devil. If conditions are right, perhaps if her sister is threatened or she sees little self-benefit, Scanty can turn against other demons and cooperate with other sides. While evil and conniving, Scanty's bumbling doesn't quite make her a "root of all evil" quite like Mayor Corset. While in Confuto Ordinatio, Scanty will undoubtedly work to sabotage the organization, but may have to cooperate with even her enemies.

Personality:
Kasen is a hermit, but not in the sense of shunning the company of other people. She is a practicer of asceticism, which involves eschewing the temptations and desires of the material world in favor of spiritual gain. This includes vegetarianism, chastity, humble living, and... okay, technically nonviolence is included in the package, but she IS from Gensokyo, so that's open for debate. She eats extremely little, and almost never acts for personal gain.

Unlike apparently almost everyone in the world she comes from, Kasen has quite a work ethic. She has a thorough understanding of what she considers to be her duty, and she always does it, whether or not she wants to at the time. This often includes trying to right the wrongs of the sin-laden Hakurei Shrine through the art of stern lectures, which never accomplishes anything, but she also moonlights as an incident solver, like Reimu. UNLIKE Reimu, though, she makes her first objective actually figuring out who's responsible and why before confronting anyone.

You might not expect it from an ascetic, but Kasen has a bit of an ego. She is aware that she's built up some pretty impressive supernatural powers over her years of study and training, and makes little effort to humble herself. As a result, she's surprisingly susceptible to flattery, which can be used to make her lose the flow of the conversation. When it really comes down to the wire, though, she's likely to realize that she's being manipulated, and that will make her more than a little bit angry. When she gets angry, she gets preachy, and also gets loud and abrasive.

As I said before, Kasen doesn't withdraw from the world to live a life of ascetic isolation, as many practices do. She is of the innerweltliche school of asceticism - asceticism practiced within society rather than outside of it. What this means is that she's really more sociable than one might expect from her personality. She enjoys time spent with others over time spent on her own, although she still spends quite a bit of time pursuing her training in solitude. She has a good memory for people, and like many of Reimu's 'friends', tends to suddenly show up when people are hanging out.

Abilities and Powers:
Kasen's right arm is covered in bandages, and it is heavily implied that if there's anything under the bandage, it's some sort of spirit body. She can use this arm to crush evil spirits. Her primary special ability, though, is the power to control animals, which even works on creatures as powerful as dragons.
As an ascetic, Kasen has a number of inherent special abilities. She is nearly immortal, and has lived several times longer than most people. She can live for weeks on a single small meal. She has incredible physical strength from centuries of harsh training. However, if she ever becomes negligent of her ascetic training and principles, her supernatural youth will wear off, and her body will disintegrate.

Zvolensky wanted treasure and set about searching for all the ruins of the world with only a shovel and a lantern. He went to the oldest places in the world and dug to his heart's content. Finding a wonderful palace of gold, he took its treasures and left for another.

He sent letters to his wife saying he would return.

In the second oldest place in the world, the man found more fortunes.

He sent another telling he would be back for them soon.

Then he went to the third... the fourth... and then, the fifth... The treasure hunter fell deeper into the trance his gold placed on him.

By the time he came to the hundredth ruin, the Zvolensky realized he had dug into his own house. The man, little realizing everything that was happening around him, now saw that he was the last man on the world. His world that once only had one person to call it home now had none. There once lived the greatest treasure hunter in the world. He was the greatest for he learned what treasure truly is.”

These are the lines that made up a storybook called “The Golden Zvolensky”. It was written in an Earth destroyed long ago. Earth followed the laws of physics in a standard fashion and it lacked anything interesting of note. Another dimension of the world contained the collective imaginations of artists, writers, and daydreamers alike, one of them being Zvolensky. While they shared the same space, they were not aware of one another for they lived by the rules and setting their creators made for them.

Zvolensky, through the events of the story, realized that treasures and currency are only limited in value to the people that hold them in such high esteem. This value, he also realized, seemed minimal compared to the sort of attachment people have for friends, family, and fond memories of them. Zvolensky reflected on his life and he realized that he has never once ever cried over money like he did for the family that he had abandoned.

As he came to this realization, a rift in dimensions appeared before him. Curiously, he stepped inside and... was forced to sign form after form after form. It was after that he realized he was in Confuto Ordinatio, a multiversal peace-keeping organization. Zvolensky saw this as his chance to repent for his life and began working at Division 0084 as an Agent. He was given a fairly standard job of accompanying other Agents into the field. Abhorring violence, Zvolensky consoled both victims and enemy combatants after every fight whenever he could. When he witnessed death, the man collected the deceased individuals' “value” so that their lives would not be in vain.

If the value people had put on the individual and his/her memories could be saved, then Zvolensky had his hands on treasure far greater than anything material. He quietly collected “value” all the while secretly making transactions and deals in the local economies to sustain his existence. This is the quiet life of repentance that Zvolensky chose to lead until now.

… Of course, this “quiet” life of his wouldn't stay this way for long. With a paperwork error either for or against his favor, the man has been transferred into the infamous Division 1334.

Portal Location: Vita found a portal in a back allyway on Mid-Childa, while looking for a quiet place to eat some ice cream.

Personality: Vita's childish appearance betrays her personality on occasion. She tends to grumble a lot, and often seems a bit grumpy, particularly when talking to people that she doesn't know very well. Even though Hayate tried to "raise" her during her "younger years", Vita still can't always filter what she'd thinking, and can come off as very blunt and rude when she's stating an opinion. Added to the fact that she's got a foul mouth, it's easy to see why Vita is almost intimedating, even though she only looks to be 8 or 9 years old. It doesn't help that Vita is also quite short-tempered, and prone to flaring up and yelling at people over even the smallest provoction. She's also not a huge fan of being wrong or corrected, but will bend her will to certain people.

Namely, Hayate. Vita adores Hayate, to the point you could say she's in love with her. Sure, she's a bit skeptical about some things Hayate does... the whole cosplay thing weirds Vita out, just a bit. But she's willing to swallow her pride and bend her will in order to make Hayate happy. Anyone else's weird requests or hobbies would be sarcastic remarks, but for Hayate, Vita will just go with it. Which is saying a lot, as Vita is quite prideful, despite her young age. Vita is also fiercely protective of Hayate, something that started simply from being one of her loving knights in A's, but only grew stronger in the gap between A's and Strikers. She's also fond of Nanoha, but is more tsundere about that bond than she is with Hayate (She wouldn't mind Nanoha patting her head, but she'll fuss over it first. Hayate can just pat her head on a whim). For everyone else, though, Vita's a bit of a brat, and sometimes cold hearted and cruel. Only Hayate-- and sometimes the rest of her "Family"--- can make Vita really smile.
On the Hayate note, Vita is protective not only of Hayate, but of things Hayate gives her. To be more specific, don't touch her hat when she transforms, because Hayate put a lot of love and thought into the bunny design.

As Nanoha's second, she's picked up a lot from the White Devil. Vita is more likely to attempt conversation and compromise before fighting... well, unless she's really mad. As much of a strategic fighter she is becoming, she can still have little implusive tantrums. She also believes in not pushing yourself (to some extent), because she's seen what happened to Nanoha for pushing her limits, and that you can't expect to support your partner unless you can take care of yourself first.
But Vita's also a stubborn little thing. When it came to destroying the Saint Cradle's engine, she was already seriously injured, but insisted on pushing herself. Both because A) She has her pride to maintain, and she can break ANYTHING, and B) She had to protect Hayate and all her loved ones. These are probably Vita's biggest battle motivations as well; her pride as a knight, and more importantly, protecting people.

Despite all the notes about her being mature, Vita is a child at times. Her bursts of anger are obvious signs of childishness, and has a childish love for bunnies. She's also a bit tsundere with her affections, particularly towards Nanoha. Vita is also a bit bratty at times, and will whine about little things when she has the chance.

Abilities and Powers: Vita has a magical device called "Graf Eisen". Her device is artificially intelligent, which is rare for the universe Vita comes from-- most devices don't have any artificial intelligence. Graf Eisen communicates with Vita in a German Man's voice, and speaks just that language. The powers that Graf Eisen uses are generally physical and more focused on Vita flinging her hammer around with the combination of her strength and magic. Reason for Joining: Vita is already something of an "agent" in her home world, and is more than willing to take up the job somewhere else--- in fact, you could say that Vita feels this is her duty.

Firstly, apologies for the delay on this, we've been having difficulties accessing Livejournal.

Currently, there are a few issues that will need to be worked out. One, which we feel is fairly major, is an article in the personality that talks about Grell's view of their own gender. Our own knowledge of the canon leads us to believe Grell does genuinely identify as and feel she should be female, and that it is a huge part of her character. She outright states in several of the tertiary materials that she feels she should have been born a woman and wants to have a sex change, and is generally portrayed as a male-to-female transgender. The personality section sharply contradicts what we know to be canon, and on those grounds we feel there will need to be significant alterations before this can be accepted.

Secondly, as was mentioned in regards to William's app, due to the manga and anime having differences in timelines, we can't have the characters enter together, as they would technically be from distinct but closely related parallel universes. They are of course able to assume they know each other from their own world, but that would not actually be the case and they cannot enter together, nor have each other as any reason for joining.

Finally, as mentioned in regards to William's app, they would not be able to file a report to any superiors within their own world. The Black Butler world is not eligible for aware status, and Confuto Ordinatio's existence is top secret to anybody who has not found a portal on their own. Filing a report to in-universe superiors would be a major breach of protocol and would end in at the very least the memory erasure of the people reported to, and more than likely the offenders themselves.

She wished to see more lives brought into the world and treasured them as any mother would. Her life would be shared at the side of her husband, Izanagi, and the world would continue on this way. That was, after all, the purpose of her existence and she didn't regret it at the time. This motherly instinct that was embedded inside Izanami stuck with her even after her death and Izanagi's betrayal. Her wish to grant humanity's desire is a part of the nature she was born with, albeit it had been distorted after her death.

It was Izanagi running from the sight of his decaying wife and sealed her with a boulder within the Yomotsu Hirasaka that sparked the goddess' fall. The entirety of the world became a reminder of her ex-husband that had fled from her and left her to rot. Izanami then introduced the concept of death into the world to teach her creations the concept of suffering and the impermanence of life. All future lives were created with both of their hands meaning that she would naturally scorn it; however, the instinct that she was born with prevents her from casting the world into destruction like a darker god would. It is in her nature to continue loving the world and humanity even if she may feel bitter towards them. Any mother may feel frustrated with her children, but that doesn't mean she stopped loving them. This is a truth that further embitters Izanami who, at the time, wished she could simply hate and not have to deal with these complex feelings. A thousand years later, these feelings haven't quite disappeared, but Izanami wished to make amends and grant humanity its ultimate wish: a world trapped in fog.

It is also in Izanami's nature as a goddess, however, to have a certain arrogance about her creations. She believes she understands everything there is to them after having a hand in their existence. Izanami fails to understand that there are individuals who deviate from the absolute, singular wish of humanity. Rather, she understands that they exist, but she believed the overwhelming majority of humanity will easily overshadow them and they aren't worth troubling one's self over. This still fits into her motherly nature, however, as parents would often like to think they have their children figured out. While arrogant and even stubborn to the “answer” she has found, that doesn't mean that Izanami would personally agree with it. Humanity wishes to know more about one another despite the sheer quantity of the world's populace. Unable to show their true selves, yet wishing to see those of others, humanity struggles, lost in confusion. Izanami granted them a window that caters to both show and see and called forth the fog to shroud the world, but she mourned over how far her children had seemingly fallen. They have grown weak. Regardless, Izanami wished to make amends and sought to grant humanity's wishes, but once defeated, she accepted nonexistence and praised Souji for ending her.

Izanami now wishes to simply keep to an observer role in order to fully comprehend the nature of humanity. She now believes, however, that humanity isn't as weak as it appears to be and even the outweighed will of the few can triumph. Less embittered, the goddess observes with a positive outlook and until the day comes when she finds her answer, she will make sure that no outside force harms humanity. Every now and then, Izanami longs for the days when she was brought into existence. Cursing her own decaying appearance, Izanami herself shrouded her body in lies and even now, despite witnessing youths madly pursue the truths, there are some that remains difficult for her to accept. She continues to hide her body, yet still tries to find purpose in aiding her creations as if her actions on that front could compensate for deteriorating form. Lies, half-truths, and illusions are generally the biggest themes that came up in the goddess' plans for the world. After all, all the while hiding her true form, Izanami has preferred to remain hidden behind the scenes as a gas station attendant.

She is known for putting on fronts and different personalities. Izanami can speak casually and very much just like any other human when the disguise makes it necessary. She speaks casually, laughs from time to time, and while she would throw cryptic words around, the front itself remains, unfaltering until the very end. Even as a goddess, she attempts to maintain a mighty image and constantly question humans whether what they are doing is correct or not. She presents the opposing situation as something that might be an absolute truth and forces her children to struggle should they wish to be granted an audience with her. Once proving themselves in front of her, however, she would congratulate them genuinely and praise all of their efforts. Testing humans is generally in the nature of all gods motherly or not, but Izanami's experiences with godhood has frozen her heart over time. Izanami is truthfully a lonely entity who wishes to put her love and hope in something, but she wouldn't eagerly admit that. This is a more gentle side of her that one can see only after pursuing it all the while being willing to genuinely accept her true self.

Abilities and Powers: Since revival, Izanami has been weakened from what she was once before. Her defenses created by lies can be pierced through without any need for magical artifacts or the like. A solid bit of logic is enough show her true form. “Thousand Curses”, Izanami's one-hit KO attack that pulls those struck into Yomi, has been nullified along with her powers to create mass amounts of fog to hide her form in.

Her powers to create worlds like the one inside the television screen has also been nullified. Without the ability to manipulate the world behind the television and Yomotsu Hirasaka, Izanami has lost control over the Shadows. Being cast out of existence has stripped her of godhood over the P4 world leaving her nothing beyond the role of an observer. Izanami, although still powerful, does not have the power to influence the worlds in such a negative way like Nyarlathotep or Kandori.

Izanami still has the power to use the ultimate versions of the elemental spells of the Persona world along with the power to amplify her magic. She possesses the “Stagnant Air” spell that, when used, can heighten the chances for enemies to be inflicted by status ailments. Some of her unique spells such as Fury of Yasogami, Kuro Ikazuchi, Galgalim Eyes, World's End, and Summons to Yomi are still in her arsenal, but none of them have the power to instantly kill any target.

She possesses the ability to shapeshift to human form and even change genders, but she is unable to drastically alter her appearance from her default disguise. Izanami constantly hides her true form, that of a writhing, red skeleton, but the subtle scent of decay still lingers in the air. Her disguises are never quite perfect and her shapeshifting powers aren't as skilled as Nyarlathotep's, but she's content as long as she can hide her true form.

Portal Location: Within the Free Joker, Basco's ship

Personality: From face value, Basco seems like an all right person. He wears a perpetual smile that doesn't seem it would fade anytime soon and his manners are fair. While working with the Red Pirate Gang, Basco worked as a chef and often put much effort into the dishes he made. He was a trusted member of the ship who worked his hardest to further the crew's goals and eventually helped obtain all the Ranger Keys to access the Universe's Ultimate Treasure. Some of his flaws include his childish behavior and excessive playfulness even in dire situations, but most would brush these aside as quirks the first time around. Basco is a multi-talented ally for just about any crew and a close friend to those who know him well... but they'll find that they haven't truly known the pirate all that well soon.

Trusting Basco is often times not a good move. He personally sees trust as something futile and without gain. If someone were to trust Basco, s/he would probably lose just about everything to his/her name. The Red Pirate Gang trusted Basco and they were sold out to the Zangyack Empire. All of this was accomplished for the privateer himself to get his hands on the Universe's Greatest Treasure without having to share it with anybody else. Trust and faith are seen by Basco as a commodity just like anything else. He will not feign trust if there is no gain, he will not accept those who have little value, and people's lives are inevitably doomed to be spent for personal purposes. If pitying had any worth, then that's just about the emotion Basco could show those who can bring themselves to trust others. It's useless in his eyes and he doesn't much care for it.

Basco's motto is that in order to gain something, another object of equal value must be lost. His modus operandi works around that. In order to gain the Ranger Keys, he betrayed the Red Pirate Gang and was recognized as a privateer for the Zangyack. Basco gave Marvelous Ranger Keys equal to the amount of crew members he kidnapped only to demand all of the rest in exchange. This reflects his philosophy on the way the universe works as a whole. No individual can achieve something without having first sacrificed those close to them or a part of himself. Pirates are normally people who take what they want often without much thought of the consequences. Basco, however, cannot help to give something in exchange as he's plundering. Of course, however, as one of the more cutthroat pirates out there, he often finds ways to take back what he gave or force others to make decisions in which he would inevitably gain more. The man seems to be a gambler at heart or given how most of the cast members have had some difficult past, something may have influenced his present feelings.

The privateer is often playful to people, but there's a specific person in which he would act condescendingly nice towards: Marvelous. Basco feels some bit of sentimentality towards Marvelous for being a part of his past in the Red Pirate Gang. The “kindness” that is shown to the captain is much more of the condescending variety. Despite their rough past, Basco still speaks to Marvelous as if they were friends rather than mortal enemies. The man goes as far as to coin a nickname for him. There are few in the universe that Basco feels this way towards and Marvelous just happens to be unfortunate enough to be one of them. Marvelous is the only person that can transcend the rule of equivalent exchange in Basco's eyes and if the man has nothing to give, his misery is just about enough of a reward. Basco, however, has never actively pursued Marvelous. It was only after his mark jumped passed that of the Red Pirate Gang that he found interest. Even afterward, the two happened to meet only by chance, but Basco always made an effort to show that he enjoyed their bouts. Anybody who becomes close enough can easily earn a special place in the privateer's heart.

Basco's feelings towards the Red Pirate Gang hasn't been clarified in canon. It was never known whether he truly valued his time with them or whether he was just as condescendingly nice then as he is now. Basco made it a point that he didn't care much for being too familiar with others and really, he's the only crew member of the Free Joker aside from Sari, the space monkey. Sari is more or less of a pet for Basco and the only other “members” that would count are the soulless puppets of past sentai summoned by the ranger keys. The Free Joker has an exclusive membership in that Basco is essentially the only member showing he never cared to recruit others to his side. There is evidence to show that Basco had some feelings back then, but he was never the type to actively seek human companionship.

Abilities and Powers: Basco is a decent marksman and is skilled enough as a fighter to go mano a mano against Captain Marvelous while deflecting all of his hits. His being a member of the Red Pirate Gang shows that despite how he tends to avoid battles and stay on the sidelines, fighting him wouldn't be such a walk in the park. He keeps himself limited to the role of a tactician and only moves himself into the field as a piece if necessary.

The privateer's weapon of choice is what separates him from the ranks of the Gokai Rangers and the Zangyack. He wields a special trumpet that can be utilized with the Ranger Keys he collected. When they're both used at the same time, Basco can summon the powers locked inside the keys and grant them physical bodies. These soulless warriors of the past are guided by Basco's command and instinctively work to fulfill it.

Character Name: Miku Hatsune
Canon: Vocaloid

Background: Originally, Vocaloids were androids made to sing in a time without much music--- according to details associated with Miku's original profile. Over time, they developed free will and personalities. Hatsune Miku is one such android. Though she was not the "first", she was the first in a line of "improved" Vocaloids and was the first to have a solid personality. Her cute appearance and voice went hand in hand to bring Miku's popularity skyrocketing on the web. As she became more popular, the virtual idol even had whole concerts where she sang and was featured in many merchandise. She ran into very few wrinkles on her path to success, one of the few being that, as her siblings were created, Miku's fans noted that her voice was not as flexible as theirs. So Miku practiced and widened her vocal range to please them. Since then, she's song over 3000 songs and continues to sing more with every passing day.

This Miku lives a life similar to a "regular" singing idol. She lives with her siblings and struggles to make ends meet with whatever money they get singing, which is usually quickly spent on ice cream, leeks, onions, and cheap sake , and goes out to the local recording studio when she has a new song to sing. Miku has many "producers" that she sings for, because so many people want to use her voice, and occasionally she will get a cute costume change and script for shooting a "PV" (Promotional Video) for her songs, or a photo shoot to take a few still photos to go with a new release. She views the other Vocaloids as siblings but has no actual blood relation to them.

Portal Location: Miku found the portal under her bed, during a rare scene of her not being a diva and actually doing a bit of housework. It's fairly far under there, and she only found it because she had hidden a bag of leeks too far back.

Personality:
Hatsune Miku's personality and character have slowly been carved out through fanart, songs, and the Hatsune Mix manga. And though many people interpertate Miku a bit different than the next, there are a few things that stay consistent. Namely, her smile and love for music.
Miku is a very upbeat and cheerful sort of person. In most fanart of Miku, she is drawn to have a huge sunny smile on her face. This is because she's an optimist, and as well she should; Miku has faced very little failure and has had nothing but luck and good fortune since her debut as a Vocaloid. She's got tons of fans who love her and her one "failure" was quickly corrected when she adjusted her voice for other singing styles.

She's also very loving and appreciative towards her fanbase; Miku knows she wouldn't be anywhere without them and loves to please them. In general, Miku is always looking to please people and make them happy through music, which is her one true passion. Miku works very hard with singing and performing, and her pushing her limits and "crashing" while trying to perform songs is a common occurance in Hatsune Mix.

But don't get the idea that Miku is a little saint. Because she certainly isn't. While her fanbase has given her a lot of self-confidence and happiness, it's also turned Miku into a bit of a spoiled princess. A Diva, really. While Miku really does try to be open-minded and love and appreciate everyone around her, she can be pretty self-centered sometimes. Usually it's accidental, but the impact is still generally hurtful. For example, while she wants all of her siblings to have fun singing just like her, sometimes she might suggest they let her sing back-up, because she makes all songs popular. Her acts of kindness can sometimes come off wrong, and Miku generally fails to realize that she's hurting her siblings' feelings; she thinks she's doing them favors and making them happy. In general, Miku can be pretty bad at phrasing her words and come off as a jerk.

Miku can also be a bit lazy. While she works hard with singing and music, the Hatsune Mix comics show Miku as being lazy in other aspects more than they show her working hard. Miku would rather sit in front of the TV and watch anime and such than she would clean the house or do little chores to help make living with her siblings easier. In this regard, Miku is a really lazy and spoiled diva, and doesn't feel the need to raise a finger for things other people would do just as well.


So yes, Miku is a diva. She's a happy little diva, and she tries to be nice and has honestly good intentions, but they don't always come out that way. She loves her fans and siblings and wants to make everyone happy with music.
On a side note, Miku also loves leeks. While she as a preference for anything leek flavored, she will also eat the things raw. She gets very angry when people eat 'her' leeks without asking. She also tends to say her name "miku" or just "mi" as a cutesy catchphrase at times.

Reason for Joining: Miku joined because she sees this as a chance to spread her love for singing to many other worlds, and spread the happiness that singing gives her to many other people. Somewhere in the back of her mind she s also considering that this may raise her fanbase, and that maybe she'll get a cool agent costume or be able to find an awesome setting to shoot a PV.

Position Desired: Agent

Point in Canon: Miku really has no canon so it's hard to give her a solid "canon point". I'll be playing her after her voicebank update, though.
