Full Metal Panic

Ability Changes: Only supernatural powers that work are telepathy, and even that is limited to the Whispered: people who have mysterious technology from the future locked away in their minds and a limited ability to telepathically communicate with each other.
Ability Limitations: See above?
Form Restrictions: Humans only. Mecha can be brought through as per normal, though expect changes in the design to fit the local technology. Any "super robot" aspects will manifest as a lambda driver, which allows the pilot to have limited control of reality directly through their minds.
Social Restrictions: Earth has many cultures, each with different restrictions and customs
Notes: Caution: Villains don't know when to quit
