Dream World
Dream Savior Berry

Ability Changes: Generally one can mess around as if one was in a lucid dream. Particularly imaginative lucid dreamers can do extraordinary things. Otherwise, no change. (Other than the off chance of becoming a magical girl/boy if one's a particularly good person.)
Ability Limitations: No limits, though making a permanent mark on the shifting Dream World is hard unless one has specific dream shaping abilities.
Form Restrictions: No restrictions, though ones form might be subject to psychological factors.
Social Restrictions: The Queen's authority is absolute. The native Dreams tend to be rather odd and illogical by Dreamer standards.
Notes: Warning: Dream WTFery, Warning: You might turn into a magical girl, Warning: Nightmares are your friends, Warning: Psychological warfare reigns supreme
