Ability Changes: Abilities take on the form of magic, which itself takes on numerous forms. For most intents and purposes, powers will pass through largely the same.
Ability Limitations: Moderate.
Form Restrictions: Human, Gear, vampire, robot, homunculus.
Social Restrictions: Gears are feared and hated by the populace, so functioning Gears must either live in seclusion or conceal the traits that indicate that they are Gears. Additionally, with the exception of the Republic of Zepp, the practice of all traditional sciences is outlawed and aggressively punished.
