Ability Changes: Abilities are mostly limited to mecha, though people with aptitude for psychic powers may possess quantum brainwaves. People with psychic powers may appear as Innovades (artificial humans capable of communication via quantum brainwaves) or Innovators (natural humans capable of communication via quantum brainwaves).
Ability Limitations: Great. Most abilities are restricted to mecha.
Form Restrictions: Human, ELS.
Social Restrictions: There are a variety of cultures, each with their own norms and beliefs.
