Job: Set up Agency beachhead
IC Reason: If the Nightmares of the Bliss Stage universe are, as they appear to be, extra-dimensional invaders by nature (they slip in through dreams), then containing/violently discorporating them NOW is a very, very good idea. Besides, those poor innocent [OOC: SNERK] kids and teens need help; it's a moral imperative as well.
Details: Basically, people would be setting up a Resistance, bread/soup lines, and ANIMa creches/a Resistance leadership. This would require some Pilots, some Anchors, and maybe an Enforcer to act as an adult leader. Plus it's an easy way to reduce adult characters to wangsty and/or head over heels I LOVE YOU 4EVA types, at least until they get back.
