Under article 67 section XII paragraph 3, Agent housing requests must be approved by a senior official and can only be made into the room of another consenting Agent. The Housing Availability Act states all "unoccupied" rooms on the premise are, in fact, already in use should the council require them. Trading of rooms is permissible with the additional filing of form SMFR-536876-K, found in the Bureau of Room Protocols."

The use of free living space is governed by the Senior Office of Agent Housing and Affairs. Free space within the Compound is hard to come by and must be thoroughly regulated.
