World-shattering powers must be toned to a reasonable level, but Psynergy is extremely powerful and should be used carefully. Form Restrictions: Human, Proxian, Lemurian, Garoh werewolves, or Beastmen. The last is only just beginning to make their presence known, and are either humans with minimal bestial features or animals that stand upright and talk. Social Restrictions: Adepts and Psynergy, once feared due to their mysterious nature, are now beginning to make their way into the public eye. Adepts tend to receive preferential treatment as great warriors, but the general populace is still afraid of these mystical powers. It is therefore advisable not to abuse Psynergy wantonly in public as individual response will vary. Beastmen, Proxians, and werewolves are not usually accepted by humans. Lemurians are believed to be mythical.
