I, Enforcer Tsukiyono Omi, STFU, would like to request a transfer to the Command Unit, as a Field Commander. I feel that I have the qualifications for not only my current position in the STFU, but for the Tactics and Analysis, Infiltration, and Research and Development as well. As such, with my field experience included, I feel that being a Field Commander would allow us to have a Commander on the field who can utilize any of the skills required of the other departments, especially in situations where we may not have the ability to contact them.

I also intend to offer my services, when requested or needed, to said other departments.
