I have served in my capacities in the Council for Division 0134 for well over a year at this point. I have been involved on some level in most of the recent high-profile incidents of that division, including dealing with [humanity], the Children of Entropy, and Former Councilor Aenathia.
I would argue that my involvement in all of these incidents has been beneficial - in the case of the recent affairs in Aethr, I was the first to observe and attain preservation of as much of their culture as possible, a fact that has preserved elements from across the millenia of that world's history, and will aid the efforts of the remaining citizens to rebuild.
In order to better serve Confuto Ordinatio, I formally request a promotion to the rank of High Councilor. I have completed all relevant paperwork that is available at my rank, leaving only check-over and signatures for those authorities who wish to confirm my promotion.
